By purchasing from BAAGUS HOME, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before using the Website or placing an order.

1. Introduction

The BAAGUS HOME website (the “Website”) is owned and operated by BAAGUS LIVING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601031289 (1693384-A)), of No. 56 & 58, Jalan 8/62A, Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. BAAGUS LIVING SDN. BHD. trades under the brand name “BAAGUS HOME”.

In these Terms, “BAAGUS HOME”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BAAGUS LIVING SDN. BHD.; “you” and “your” mean any visitor, account holder or customer; and “Products” means the bedding, furniture, home furnishings, home décor, accessories and related goods offered through the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms together with our Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

Customer shall provide complete, current and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activities carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to describe and display Products accurately. Nevertheless:

• Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, dye lots or fabric batches.
• Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Handmade, sewn, natural or upholstered Products may show minor variations in texture, pattern placement and finishing.
• Product images may include styling accessories that are not included unless expressly stated.

These reasonable variations are not defects. You should check the description, dimensions, materials and care requirements before ordering.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected Products. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A sales order is formed only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the Products, whichever occurs first.

All orders are subject to availability, payment verification and acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise shown. Applicable delivery fees and/or other charges will be displayed at checkout where practicable. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice, but a change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Full payment is required before processing unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is processed through approved third-party payment providers. Products remain our property until all amounts due have been paid in full, while risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to you or your authorized recipient.

6. Promotion and Vouchers

Promotions and vouchers are subject to their stated validity period, eligibility, minimum spend, exclusions and redemption limit. Unless expressly permitted, vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, combined with another voucher or promotion, reinstated following a customer-requested cancellation, or applied retroactively. If we cancel an order, we may reinstate the voucher or provide an equivalent solution at our discretion, subject to the original campaign terms.

7. Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you wish to change the delivery details or cancel an order. A request shall not be considered confirmed unless it has been accepted by us. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once processing, production, packing or dispatch has begun.

8. Shipping / Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines. Please refer to the Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy for processing times, delivery coverage, failed delivery, inspection and claims. BAAGUS HOME shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by courier service, weather, traffic, public holidays, peak periods, inaccessible premises or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control; however, we will provide reasonable assistance where practicable.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranties are governed by our Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

10. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for checking that a Product is suitable for your intended use and for following all labels, assembly instructions, weight limits, warnings and care instructions. Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage or failure to follow instructions is not a manufacturing defect.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, designs, layout, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to BAAGUS HOME and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, publish, commercially exploit, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its content without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to or rely on third-party payment, delivery, social-media or technology services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAAGUS HOME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or Products. Our total liability relating to a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that Malaysian law does not permit us to exclude.

14. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, industrial action, system failure, transport disruption or courier interruption. Our obligations will be suspended for the affected period, and we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution process that applies.
